Lantana loves to be watered deeply once a week to keep its flowers looking beautiful.
EXPOSURE:
Lantana will grow best when planted in a spot that gets atleast 6 hours of direct sunlight each day.
PRUNING:
Prune Lantana in Spring (March) to remove old growth and prevent woodiness. Cut back to about 6 to 12 inches from ground level.
PROPAGATION:
The easiest way to propagate Lantana is to dig up the current root system, divide with with a shovel, then replant each section. This should be done in Fall or Early Spring.
FERTILIZER:
Fertilizatng your Lantana is not necessary but if you wish, add an all-purpose garden fertilizer to the soil around your plant at the beginning of the Spring season.
